In-house we are specialised in making the finest artisan Belgian chocolates with the flavours of the Algarve. The chocolate is made from cacao beans from São Tomé. You may think of chocolates with flor de sal, figs, medronho, orange peel, lemon peel, olive oil, almond and ginger just to name a few. Besides our exclusive artisan chocolates we bring you the traditional Belgian pralines with with the authentic regional filling variations, macarons, cupcakes, muffins, mouses and so on.
Marzipan: Best Almonds Finess. Marzipan (or almond paste) is a confection consisting primarily of sugar or honey and almond meal, sometimes augmented with almond oil or extract. It is often made into sweets; common uses are marzipan-filled chocolate and small marzipan imitations of fruits and vegetables. It is also rolled into thin sheets and glazed for icing cakes, primarily birthday and wedding cakes and Christmas cakes.

The result is a completely natural, high quality and tasteful product. Do not confuse Pate de fruit with gummies and fruit jellies. The difference lies as well in the used ingredients as in the preparation. Just like the difference between lemonade and fruit juice.
