Busy days can make you feel lazy when it comes to meal prep, so I try always to have a good nourishing soup that can mostly serve as a meal. We had mushroom and asparagus soup and sprinkled some black lava salt on it, made a avocado, tomato, lettuce and orange pepper salad with soy sauce, and spread some vegan butter on a slice of bread. Here you go! Dinner saved!

I like to always have some sort of salad with my meal. Here it's a cucumber, red pepper, apple and sunflower seeds and soy sauce salad. Then I have sautéed potatoes with peel (more nutritious, lots of fiber) and some sort of stew with cauliflower, brussel sprouts, onion, peas and tomato. | Gosto de ter sempre uma salada a acompanhar a refeição.
