Busy days can make you feel lazy when it comes to meal prep, so I try always to have a good nourishing soup that can mostly serve as a meal. We had mushroom and asparagus soup and sprinkled some black lava salt on it, made a avocado, tomato, lettuce and orange pepper salad with soy sauce, and spread some vegan butter on a slice of bread. Here you go! Dinner saved! Breaded Mushrooms, Stuffed Mushrooms, Stuffed Peppers, Orange Peppers, Asparagus Soup
