I have chosen this image of a tree stump beacuse as as well as texture it also shows line and tone, this made into an art study would be breathtaking as the image has different tones of brown and different layers in the wood.

I'm not a fan of octopus or squid but I can't deny the beauty in the pattern and what I can only assume to think is an interesting texture. The repetitive geometric design is so cool nature!
