Mango and Coconut Creme Caramel ~ Wow! I guess you could call this one "International Flan"! I had always enjoyed a basic version of this at our favorite Mexican restaurants. This recipe adds an Asian and also a Tropical flair as well. Have to try this one soon! :-)
