A little latergram of some treats I made for my work family for our Monday meeting today! Lavender and ginger cups filled with lemon curd, topped with dried rose petals. The cups were super easy... take one pack of gingernuts, 1 tablespoon of lavender buds and blend - then add melted butter, pack the mixture into mini tart trays and bake! Then fill with homemade lemon curd. Deeeeelish! Because life is all about balance... and #edibleflowers x
