DIY Weekend Project: How to Make a Slingshot - Y-shaped tree branch with at least a 30 degree fork, latex surgical tubing, Leather strips, Dental floss Tools, Saw, Knife, Awl (optional)

For a jewelry board..  1. Using an X-Acto knife, cut balsa wood to fit the dimensions of the window panes.  2. Attach batting to one side of the balsa with spray-on glue. Place fabric over the batting and pull it taut, then staple it to the backside of the balsa.  3. Use an awl or drill to make holes in the back of the balsa, then screw hooks (just do it by hand) through the front of it.  4 Attach the finished boards to the windows with a glue gun.
