Birthday Cake Protein Bar Recipe 1/2 cup oat flour 6 scoops Vitacost vanilla pea protein4 tbsp PB21 tsp vanilla extract1 cup unsweetened almond milkfew drops of stevia Comine all ingredients, using your hands. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Press mixture into pan. Top with a few sprinkles. Put in the fridge to harden. Makes 8. ☑️1g fat, 11g carbs, 19g protein, 133 calories☑️ (Next time I think I would add 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil. It will help harden & hold the bars together…
