Cipreste mexicano, a árvore mais larga do mundo. 36 metros de cintura
The Olive tree of Vouves (Greek Ελιά Βουβών) (by Nick D2008, via Flickr) is an olive tree in the village of Ano Vouves, Crete, Greece. It is probably one of the oldest olive trees in the world and still produces olives today. The use of tree ring analysis has proven the tree to be at least 2000 years old. On the other end of the scale, scientists from the University of Crete have estimated it to be 4,000 years old. The trunk has a perimeter of 12.5 m and a diameter of 4.6 m."
