Oh my gosh. as somebody who suffers from (often) severe amounts of anxiety that can even lead to me being physically sick, this checklist is a dream come true. If you know someone with anxiety help them out!

I started doing this recently and honestly, though my self esteem is still pretty shitty, pretending it isn't actually kinda helps me forget that I hate myself lol. I reckon if I keep doing it all the time I might actually get a little better.
And it's just like "I swear I'm not from a broken home I just have so much anxiety that everyone hates me and any negativity even if it's jokingly only makes that anxiety bigger and I get scared that no one likes me"
