State of Slim---CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES - 3 C oat flour - 1 C whole rolled oats - 1/2 C Truvia - 3/4 C Chocolate protein powder - 3 heaping Tblsp PB2 - 2 Tblsp raw cacao nibs, coarsely ground - 1/2 C walnuts, chopped - 1 teas vanilla - 1/4 teas coarse sea salt - 1 Tblsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS, then add: - 3/4 cup egg whites - 3/4 cup sugar free vanilla almond milk Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Makes 3.5 dozen cookies.
