Homemade Vegan & Gluten Free Tomato Basil Soup:   Sauté 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/4 of an onion (minced) in pot with olive oil. Sauté till brown. Remove and add to blender. Add 2 cans tomatoes with juice, 1/4 c vegetable broth, 2 T raw cane sugar, and 1 can rinsed cannellini beans to blender. Replace top and blend on high until creamy. Pour soup into pot and heat, adding 1-2 T basil and oregano, salt, pepper to taste. Serve when warm and flavors mixed. Delish!
