Peanut butter chocolate brownie to finish off the day  recipe inspired by @cleaneats_kenzie  1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa, 2 tsp stevia, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup of water. Mix and microwave for 1 minute! There's no eggs so you don't have to worry about fully cooking it...in fact if it's all melted on the inside, it's even better  topped with 1 tbs of chocolate PB2 and a spoon of crunchy peanut butter

Making protein fluff is my favorite recovery meal because it tastes JUST like ice cream to me. So I feel like I'm eating Ben and Jerrys when it's really just a thickend up protein shake! All you have to do is add extra ice before you blend, and use almond milk instead of water which will make it much creamier. I also like to add PB2, to bring out the peanut butter flavor in my favorite @cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein Powder  And, of course, mini chocolate chips are needed. ✔
