Chocolate cappuccino proats for breakfast today I used @fitnessguru's cappuccino one whey (30 g), 60 g oat flour, 1 ts cacao and some water. blend well and microwave it for about 40 seconds. #Padgram
Chocolate protein mousse filled whoopie pies - makes 5 whoopie pies Whoopie pies - 1 cup kodiak cakes pancake and waffle mix - 1 cup almond milk -1 tap vanilla -1 tsp cinnamon -1/4 cup pumpkin purée -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder () Combine all ingredients and mix well. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, measure out your batter and place on a large Cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until baked all the way through.let cool while you make filling.
Main course for my lunch today and it was delicious! Took prepped grilled chicken and mixed it with 1/2 mashed avocado, 1 tbsp plain coconut yogurt, juice from 1/2 lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder... put that mixture in an Ezekiel pita with some fresh spinach! Healthy, balanced, and perfect !

"SPINACH OMELETTE ⠀ So i made a Spinach (150g) Omelette (1whole/3egg whites) topped with Yogurt & Mustard sauce (1Tbps Greek yogurt 0%/1tsp Mustard).. But of course couldn't starting my day without a Coffee☕️! Amazing breakfast with amazing view all you need!
