Do it yourself and Challenge a friend!   A little more about this workout ... For those who aren't familiar, HIIT means High-Intensity Interval Training. It's where you push yourself as hard as you can for a burst and then take it easy for a burst. This workout is done Tabata HIIT style (20 seconds of intensity then 10 seconds rest).(PS: Remember to always warm up for a few minutes before workout out and to always stretch for a few minutes after!)
