Harvesting tomatoes from our home garden. It's been a learning process with growing tomatoes back here in Canada, how to space them and stake them, the different weather conditions from Venezuela. Kale, Parsley & Malabar Spinach from our Niagara Garden
Malabar Spinach (Basella alba) is native to the Indian Subcontinent, southeast Asia and New Guinea. It is reportedly naturalized in China, tropical Africa, Brazil, Belize, Colombia, the West Indies, Fiji and French Polynesia. Typical of leaf vegetables, Malabar spinach is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, and calcium.
