Si lo comparamos con el Fifthy Fifty, el Miagi tiene movimientos más complejos y una carga de trabajo mucho mayor. Es un Wod para los que de verdad se toman en serio su entrenamiento, desde MundoNutrición.es no recomendamos este circuito para principiantes
