Been under the weather. Apparently, the French cure for the flu is warm Creme Anglaise, at least that was what my husband had growing up. No argument here. Plus it gave me the base to make Chocolate Ice Cream --- all I needed to add was Dreidoppel Creme de Cacao and @lukerofficial Natural Cocoa Powder 22/24!
