Banana Berry Mug Cake scoop of FitMiss Vanilla Chai protein powder (you can also use their Strawberry N’ Cream) c instant oatmeal c of mashed banana tsp. of baking powder 2 egg whites 1 tbsp. of unsweetened almond milk
funfetti protein mugcake 1 scoop vanilla protein( i use pro complete vanilla ice cream) powder 1tsp baking powder 1 egg white 2 tsp coconut flour mixed it up/ added splashes of almond milk till made a batter consistency! added a drop of almond extract + funfetti for fun! microwave in a ceramic mug 45seconds ( then i checked out to make sure it didnt overflow) then covered it with a tupperware lid an cooked for 30 more seconds! moist and awesome! #proteindessert #mugcake #lowcarbdessert
