Just like you see in the new Fit Buzz video workouts on YouTube. ✴ If you’re naturally ‘big’ work your abs daily. They may even show, even if you’re nutrition sucks. Or you could just eat the way Fit Buzz tells you to . At least for the first month of Operation S-Curve. + morning cardio with a sport....
