You guys all know how much I love my smoothies - my absolute go to is: 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of spinach, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder, 1 avocado, and water! The avocado and banana makes it creamy, while the mangos make it sweet! Spinach doesn't have much of a taste so it blends in perfectly! . Remember, healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated! ❤️ .
