My favorite tomato sauce brand. Yes I know nothing beats homemade tomato sauce. However there isn't always time for that and it can also get quite expensive when eating organic. 1. Shred previously cooked chicken breast into medium sized rectangular strips as seen in picture (can be ripped by hand) 2. Cut a handful of broccoli (cut each floret in two can also be ripped by hand) 3. Seed and clean bell peppers and slice into strips. 4. OPTIONAL: Chop 1/2 inch fresh ginger into small bits 5. Heat a pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp of evenly distributed oil (I personally like using cast iron and olive oil) 6. After pan heats up for 3 minutes add chicken and allow to brown…

Okay. Time to get honest. Where are my fellow control freaks at? I know I must have a lot of them here on social media as they tend to be women mothers and those with strong belief systems. Here's a cooking hack for more flavors meals. Mix savory and sweet foods. Note: When I say sweet I am referring to nature's candy (God given fruit). I made this yesterday for our iftar. Broiled chicken breast with strawberries artichoke baby spinach. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil fresh lime juice black peppercorns. Other fruits that do well in savory cooking are red apples mangoes blueberries. What fruits do you like to add to your savory dishes?
