The Scarlet Rose Turnip, aka Pink Turnip or Scarlet Queen Turnip, is a variety of Turnip with an earthy-nutty flavor. They can be grated or julienned to be used raw for salad or crudités or cooked for a stew or vegetable side dish and can also be pickled.
The parsley root looks like a Parsnip but is much different. It is also a different variety than Italian Parsley and Curly Parsley. It has an earthy flavor and a firm-crisp texture when fresh and a creamy texture when cooked.
