Crispy Fish with a side of mixed veggies and homemade Dill Sauce!!! We used halibut as the fish and a mixture of oat flour and our homemade Ezekiel bread crumbs to make it "crispy" and baked it at 350 degrees until finished!! Do you #mealprep? I find that spending 1-2 hours prepping 3-5 meals and snacks for the week is the key to staying on track. For me: kabob veggies 2 boiled eggs 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup blueberries. I don't want meat for lunch this week so I will get protein from cottage cheese and the eggs For Travis 93/7 ground beef patties sweet potato mash broccoli and kabob veggies yogurt Power Crunch bar Also made extra boiled eggs and chicken/veggie kabobs. #mealprepsunday #fit…
