You can switch out the proteins add onions and snap peas broccoli.If your macros fit add rice or ramen. It's super versatile and it's really quick too! Meal prep this week includes a lot more #vegetarian fare as @thefitnessconnection and I continue to explore ways to decrease our environmental footprint. I am so pleased with the selection of cookbooks at #OCpubliclibraries. I chose books by @MarkBittman @chopracenter and @vijs_restaurant this week. They all look like keepers but I'm grateful for the opportunity to try them out first. by janicehillinger
