The base is mango chunks blended with fro nana and chilled coconut flesh cream topped with homemade coconut chia pudding and thick coconut yogurt! 3 ingredient #VEGAN #COCONUT BEET balls These are awesome and easy!!  Ingredients: 4oz Raw Beetroot roughly chopped 3oz Dates 2oz Dessicated Coconut  _  Instructions:  1. Blend all 3 ingredients in a food processor.  2. Roll into little balls.  3. Sprinkle extra coconut on cutting board and roll balls in it  4. Refrigerate approx 1 hour  5. Enjoy www.uglybynature.com

Yes its BANANA MILK!  The inspiration for this #vegan recipe came from @liftloveraw. Usually these smoothies are made with almond cashew or soymilk but today the experiment was making banana milk. If you've made #nicecream banana milk is easy.  Banana milk:  1-2 frozen bananas (depending on size) 8oz of cold water 1 Tbsp Xylitol 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract Blend on high for 1 minute if you have a VITAMIX or BLENDTEC these work best Blend until smooth like milk. Ingredients: 2 cups creamed coconut (you can probably also use coconut butter) 2 cups fresh blueberries (frozen thawed might work too) 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tsp ground vanilla beans Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.
