Chicken, Carrot and Chard Skillet made with @OMGhee. Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs; 2 T @OMGhee; 1 ½ T flavorgod (any flavor); ½ t turmeric; ½ t sea salt; 2 T coconut aminos; ¼ c water; 1 medium onion; 1 bunch baby carrots; and 1 lb swiss chard. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Brine potatoes in one part water and one part vinegar. Set aside for at least thirty minutes in fridge. After brining, drain the liquid and add some #omghee and @flavorgod of choice. Let the taters and asparagus sit in the oven for about 15 minutes. Sous Vide Pork Chops with Rainer Cherry Sauce made with @5280meat pork chop cooked sous vide at 62*C for 45 minutes with my @eatnomiku. Then flash seared with @OMGhee in my @lodgecastiron skillet for 1 minute on each side then seasoned with @flavorgod's new honey BBQ seasoning.
