Pinto beans w/sautéed kale-mushrooms-bell peppers topped with shredded pork tenderloin and smothered in Mateos's salsa... (I get that from Costco) #fridaynight at home ❤️ with my boo... 21 day fix chicken parmesan. 1 red, 2 yellow, 1 green, 2 tsp Start by taking tomatoes and boiling them. When they start to split at the skin, put them in ice water and the skin will peel right off. Mash them or food process them and add evoo to make "tomato sauce". This is 2 yellow of wheat pasta, 1 red of crinkles chicken, and 1 blue for cheese. I paired this with 2 greens of a spinach salad with 1 purple of strawberries for dessert .
