This was a crazy awesome salad! I threw some raw eggplant/shiitake mushroom  burger crumbles, tomatoes, pickles, and super salad sprinkles on top of  some greens, then topped that off with some raw homemade ranch dressing and  ketchup. I was super pleased with the result and have plenty more to last  me days!! If anyone wants any of the recipes, just let me know. I have them  on hard copy currently (i.e. hieroglyphics on paper).
