Happy I finally decided to buy this protein peanut butter. I just started a low carb diet and wanted to add a healthy fat source to my meals. This is perfectly sweet and creamy. Having this with my morning shakes really seems to keep me full during the day. I guess that would be do to it having flax and chia seeds. By adding this peanut butter to my diet, I have lost five pounds and my family can really notice a difference in my stomach.
