Adicionar água até formar uma bola de massa branca elástica. Dependendo da absorção de farinha terá que adicionar mais ou menos água. Divida a massa em 10 bolas pequenas. Planifique até cerca de 10 cm diâmetro. Aqueça uma panela T-fal de 28 cm sob fogo médio sem óleo. Cozinhe até soprar ou cerca de 1min e 30seg e virar. Pode congeladar.
