This is shredded baked chicken on top of sautéed cabbage.  On the side is sweet potatoes, green apple, uncured bacon-tossed in cinnamon. ✨ Then I baked it all at 375 until everything was tender and then stirred in walnuts and raisins and let that bake for another 10 minutes. ✨Breakfast was super good-even though I had to reheat it lol.✨ My kids each had "stop everything NOW issues" right before I sat down to eat...funny how that happens right? ✨I had to remind myself to let my food settle before going back for seconds because this meal was amazing lol. Boneless skinless chicken bbq thighs, and spicy garlic sweet potato and brussels. Just rubbed down my chicken...cut my veggies ...tossed them in melted ghee with garlic, red-hot and spices ...375 for it all for 40 minutes or so and I have lunch made and dinner waiting for my hubby. Family parties back to back...had hubby grill me up some bbq chicken breast and made a raw carrot apple salad. The sauce is made out of orange juice, almond butter, raw local honey, and cinnamon. It's really good.  #foodie  https://www.facebook.com/TeamJERF

✅I just used ghee to grease the pan and set the oven at 375✅Placed shredded purple Okinawa sweet potatoes at the bottom✅Chopped spinach was the next layer with mixed in chopped garlic and pink Himalayan salt✅Then whisked 2 eggs with chopped uncured Canadian bacon and poured it over the spinach and sweet potatoes✅Baked it in the oven for about 40 minutes or until eggs are no longer runny✅ https://www.facebook.com/TeamJERF
