I  had my post workout shake and then this yummy plate of food.  Left over grass fed beef stir fry with spiralized sweet potato, tomatoes and guacamole.  So good. I think the spiralizer is the best invention ever! ☺️ After seeing @catwon 's sexy pesto egg cup post I needed some pesto in my life too. ❤️ Zoodles aka sweet potato noodles with paleo friendly pesto, chopped spinach, and topped with Aidells sweet basil and roasted garlic chicken sausage. ✨Way too delicious and makes me not miss pasta one bit.  https://www.facebook.com/TeamJERF

 It's a breakfast casserole.  ✅Just 2 cups of shredded sweet potato on the very bottom of a greased casserole dish (I used ghee), ✅10 whisked eggs poured over the sweet potato-season how you like them, ✅and your choice of protien on top (I used chicken sausage). ✅Baked at 425 for 30-45 minutes or until the egg in the middle is no longer runny. ✨#NomNom✨ My favorite version of this is with chorizo! ❤️ Tag me if you make it and have a great Saturday! https://www.facebook.com/TeamJERF

✅Rub the pie pan down ghee  ✅Bottom "crust" layer is 2 cups shredded sweet potato mixed w 1 cup almond flour, 2 eggs & spices. ✅topped that with fresh chopped spinach ✅apple gate turkey bacon I pre cooked on the stove until crispy with garlic and sweet onion ✅ I poured 8 whisked egg with spices over the entire breakfast pie ✅Bake at 375 until cooked all the way through
