Macaroni+and+Cheese+Soup  I fixed this for a Chili/Soup cook-off this weekend.  It was a hit with adults as well as children. I doubled the recipe but did not add all of the macaroni mixture so that it was soupy.  I served on the side with chopped green onions,pico de gallo, bacon bits and more shredded cheese.
