If there's one body part that I take the most pride in, it would be my delts. I work really really really freaking hard for them. Hit them twice a week and I always enjoy beating the crap out of them.
Leg day! I always train in a fasted state... Been doing that ever since I tried intermittent fasting in 2013. I don't fast throughout the year. I did do a whole year of IF just to test it out and I love the results. .. I still do IF on certain seasons depending on my goals. This is Too funny. . People accusing me of having butt implants.. just because I'm Chinese doesn't mean I can't have glutes. Not all Asians have pancake butts. Stereotyping is not cool.
