Tzatziki Sauce is perfect for dipping veggies/crackers OR spreading on wraps (like my favorite falafel wrap!). This sauce is great because it is dairy AND soy free.
Vanilla Spice Pancakes topped with Chia Jam and melty PB with cacao nibs ✨RECIPE ✨ - 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey - 1 banana - 2 eggs - 1-2 Tbsp Ground Oats - 1/3 tsp Baking Powder - cinnamon - 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond milk 1⃣ Beat all of the ingredients above together in a bowl. The batter will be a little runny. 2⃣ Preheat non-stick pan with a little coconut oil. 3⃣ Use 2-3 TBSP of batter per pancake. Flip when they begin to bubble. 4⃣ Stack and add toppings of your choice!
Macro cap on high carb day: Chocolate blondie French toast In a bowl combine egg whites, almond milk and protein of choice (I used @pescience amazing blondie). Dip slices of bread (I used pepperidge farm 45 cal bread) into mixture and cook them in a pan. Top with @arcticzero cookie shake (which is AMAZINGLY CREAMY) and a chocolate rice cake.
