I think we can all agree it's been too long since I've posted my #OOIAJ  RECIPE: 1/2c oats (I don't cook mine) mixed with a scoop of protein (my fave is PB chocolate @muscletech phase 8) + 1/2c Greek yogurt and water (not too much! Just enough to get it all mixed so your oats stay thick!) mixed in some banana this morning also. Let sit overnight and in the morning heaven will be waiting in your fridge

Dip slices of bread (I used pepperidge farm 45 cal bread) into mixture and cook them in a pan. Top with @arcticzero cookie shake (which is AMAZINGLY CREAMY) and a chocolate rice cake.
