Yeah, I tried to do a rainbow with the colors of the fruits between the pancakes...but it for sure wasn't a success! I also burned a batch of pancake and since I cook only what I eat for breakfast.. I had to used them on the photography. The best part of this breakfast was this @mixit.ca mixed cereals. I'm in love with this product!

Cool and creamy, Tzatziki Sauce is a tangy yogurt cucumber dip, made with garlic, lemon and dill. Perfect as a dip for vegetables and a lovely accompaniment to chicken, lamb, beef and even salmon! Easy to make...and healthy too!

• Raspberry vanilla smoothie with a hint of cinnamon • cinnamon is one of my favorite ingredients to add to smoothies because it's an easy way to sneak in more antioxidants and it gives a great flavor Just top with some raw cacao nibs and sliced raw almonds and you're good to go 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 3/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup water if you want a bigger smoothie, 1/2 banana and a hint of cinnamon

Sweet Almond Blackberry overnight oats  1/3 cup steel cut oats 1- 1 1/4 cup water  1 tbsp @essentiallycoconut Sweet Almond coconut butter  2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder {stir in after coco butter} 1 tsp cinnamon 1.5-2 tbsp @salbachia chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened almond milk  Handful blackberries stirred in at the end to mash up With about 1.5-2 tbsp almond butter left in the jar *full recipe in IG post*
