I saw this phenomena on my way to eat a Pastel de nata at Pastéis de Belém, in Lisbon. It was so awesome I just had to stop and take a picture. Belém Tower, also known as the Tower of St. Vincent, is one of the world's most famous towers. It's located in Lisbon, Portugal and was built in 1915 to serve as a part of the defense system in Portugal. It has since served as a customs house and even housed King Miguel I's opponents -- in the dungeon. The tower is one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal.
