No gym no problem❤️ This is a move you can do anywhere! It's called a 'Clam Shell' and its a classic move that I like to do pre leg/glute day for activation. While I sometimes do it with a weight or booty band, I also like to do it with no weights and instead just really concentrate on the form and contraction of the muscle. To do this properly, hips should be stacked, I like toes pointed, top foot pressing into bottom foot and focusing on the glute at the contraction (top of the movement)…
