Tomates assados com alho.  Preaqueça o forno a 200ºC. Em uma assadeira coloque 6 tomates maduros cortados um do lado do outro e por cima deles coloque 6 dentes de alho picados - uma dica: use alho ralado. Pincele com azeite e polvilhe-os com manjericão e tomilho a gosto. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Asse os tomates descobertos durante 35 a 45 minutos, até que tenham amolecido e estejam com a casca levemente queimada. Sirva quente.
