Honey Lime Tilapia! Made this tonight & made them into fish tacos! Everyone including my grands RAVED! It's definitely a "do again" & will go into my regular menus rotation! As my Grand-babies say .... Uh oh....Yummo!
Simple Chimichangas! Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes)
