"Blackened Salmon" 3 Salmon Filets 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon coriander ½ garlic powder 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil In a large bowl mix paprika, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, salt and coriander.
