Pan roasted swordfish steak with peppercorn butter This was delicious. I didn't make the butter for it. I just marinated it. Seared for 3.5 minutes on each side, then baked it in the oven on 450 for 8 minutes. it was 3/4lb Cooked perfect! I made it with sweet potato chips and asparagus. One of my favorites!
