The Alabama wilds gained a new member last Friday! This beautiful juvenile Great Blue Heron flew into a wall while testing his wings a few months ago but after a little TLC and LOTS of fish he's ready to try again! Good luck buddy! This little Cooper's Hawk came to the #Alabama #Wildlife Center after striking a window most likely in hot pursuit of a songbird. Though he has a long road ahead there's no reason that he shouldn't make a full recovery!
