It's super easy just pour one cup almond milk and 5 tablespoons chia seeds in a screw top jar, stir it vigorously otherwise the seeds will settle on the bottom of the jar and pop into fridge overnight... that's it... then just add fruit or whatever you want in the morning
Soak 4 tbsp chia seeds in 2 cups non-dairy milk overnight. Layer with fruit purée - blend nectarines with a few dates and some coconut water.
Watermelon Lime Chia Fresca! Ingredients: 4 cups fresh (or frozen watermelon for an icy cold treat) chunks, 1 1/2 cups filtered water, juice of 2 fresh limes, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, sweetener of choice. Directions: Add everything to a blender and blend-blend-blend! Pour into glass and enjoy.
Chia made with 1C almond milk, 2tbsp chia, 2tbsp rolled oats, 1tsp cinnamon. Second layer is pomegranate. Top layer is frozen bananas with tahini and vanilla. Topped with blueberries and coconut flakes.
