Chia pudding: 1C almond milk, 2tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp oat bran, 1tsp cinnamon. Pomegranate for middle layer. Top layer is nana ice cream: 2 frozen bananas, tahini, vanilla and blueberries. Topped with more blueberries.

It's super easy  just pour one cup almond milk and 5 tablespoons chia seeds in a screw top jar, stir it vigorously otherwise the seeds will settle on the bottom of the jar  and pop into fridge overnight... that's it... then just add fruit or whatever you want in the morning

Watermelon Lime Chia Fresca! Ingredients: 4 cups fresh (or frozen watermelon for an icy cold treat) chunks, 1 1/2 cups filtered water, juice of 2 fresh limes, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, sweetener of choice. Directions: Add everything to a blender and blend-blend-blend! Pour into glass and enjoy.
