Banana Quinoa Slow Cook.  This is in my slow cooker right now.  I've sampled a few bites and it's delicious already.  I would cut out the amount of brown sugar next time and add extra banana instead.  I made it all vegan with almond milk in place of the cream and cow milk and apple sauce in place of the butter.  Can't wait for breakfast tomorrow morning.
