Have you tried the sparkling smart water with electrolytes? They r perfect for those hot days unlike today! Oh and my little Maiya is begging me for extra snacks but it's almost dinner! Today's gratitude is for all the books I have read during my teenage years and still remember today! I haven't read this teenage version of 'The Secret' but the adult version have been a powerful prompt for me to pay attention to my law of attraction thinking habits so I bought the teenage version for my kids to read when they are ready. Break to fix your workout! Second day post vacation I logged onto BOD & was challenged to insanity intervals circuit via the CDJ (workout of the day.)
