Lunch Homemade GF sandwich thins, smashed avocado, smoked turkey, crisp cucumbers, cherry tomatoes topped with crushed red pepper and parsley . The GF sandwich thins recipe is the same recipe as my naan bread (previously posted), except instead of frying the dough in a pan bake it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Slice the bread in half then store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Pop the bread in a toaster before use. Enjoy!
