Lunch: (green tub) Cajun Spiced Salmon Fillet on a bed of Quinoa with steamed Broccoli & Courgette and sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.  2) Snack: (round tub, top left) greek yogurt topped with Blueberries, Goji's & Pumpkin seeds.  3⃣ Dinner: Sweet Potato, with my usual salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes & cucumber with Chicken breast chunks and half an avocado.  4⃣ Snacks: Nakd bar and a Royal Gala apple
