Don Manuel II of Portugal, sometimes call "Manuel the Unfortunate" was the last king of Portugal.  He became king upon the assassination of his father and older brother in 1908.  He was overthrown in the Portugese Republican Revolution of 1910 and went into exile in Great Britian.
