“An evening at home at Heron Grove is pretty perfect. I never knew whether we’d be eating on the veranda that night or on some beautiful table in the sand on the beach strewn with driftwood and candles. In Heron Bay, we’d go to Ju Ju’s Beach Bar for an evening drink, right next to the royal pavilion. And Cobbler’s Cove Hotel (pictured) is a really old-school lovely place for sipping a Planter’s Punch (a cocktail made with dark rum and orange, pineapple, and lemon juices).”
