Vegan Broccoli and Tofu Casserole. I love a casserole! My husband... not so much. But when I make this one, he can't get enough. This recipe calls for half of my Cream of Celery Soup recipe, but you could use an equal amount of any vegan cream of celery soup. I've made it with cream of mushroom before, as well. It's all good.
